For Acreage & Ranch Properties

Built for the Way Larkspur and Perry Park Live

Acreage, outbuildings, pine and scrub oak, and long gravel drives mean the waste you deal with isn't just household trash. Our scale handles trailer loads of slash, old fencing, scrap metal, and barn cleanouts as easily as a few bags from the kitchen.

Barn & Outbuilding Cleanouts

Years of broken equipment, old lumber, and stored junk can come out in one trailer load. Separate the metal and it goes even faster.

Fencing & Ranch Scrap

Old wire, posts, gates, and other ferrous and non-ferrous metal are accepted. Clean scrap metal is weighed and priced separately.

Fire Mitigation Slash

Clearing scrub oak and ponderosa around your home and outbuildings? Slash and yard waste come in by weight — no burn pile required.

Self-Haul Household Trash

No curbside pickup? Fill the truck bed every week or two and drop it on your way through Monument. No account, no contract.

Appliances & Water Heaters

Retired refrigerators, freezers, AC units, and other major appliances are welcome. Freon-containing units carry a removal fee.

Cabin & Home Projects

Remodel debris, flooring, drywall, and old furniture from mountain and country homes all go across the scale.
